You May book up to 2 pets per time slot for Packages & Nail trims.

A $10 late fee will be applied for arrivals 10 minutes or more past the scheduled time.

Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes require rescheduling.

No-shows will incur a $25 reschedule fee, and all future appointments will necessitate a 50% deposit.

Closed for grooming Tuesday through Thursday.

We are not ordinary pet groomers. We are the only grooming shop in Ohio that caters to dogs and cats with behavior issues. This includes pets that dislike nail trims, the dryer, feel anxious around new people, show aggression for grooming and seniors. With years of experience with tough animals in rescue, we decided to help these pets for grooming. Regardless of their behavior, all pets deserve a spa day. Misfit or not, all are welcome.
