We are not typical pet groomers. We are the only grooming shop in Ohio that handles dogs and cats with behavior issues, making us the first to offer this service. This includes pets that dislike nail trims, the dryer, are nervous around new people, show aggression, have bite histories, or are senior pets. With years of experience handling challenging animals, we decided to step up and groom these pets. No matter their attitude, all pets deserve a spa day. Misfit or not, all are welcome.

Our team is trained to handle difficult situations calmly, ensuring both the pet and groomer remain safe throughout the process.
